The 2005 ASH BASH was a great success! We want to thank all of the
volunteers, sponsors, and especially our dedicated referees for making the day
possible. The event celebrated Airsoft Hawaii’s 18th Anniversary. The ASH BASH has grown
bigger and better every year, and this year we had an amazing 470 players attend
the event and gave away over $22,000 in merchandise. The 2005 ASH BASH was held at the beautiful Kualoa Ranch, which is located on
Oahu’s windward coast. The site is very popular, and has been the backdrop for
many movies. Films such as Tears of the Sun, Jurassic Park, 50 First dates,
Windtalkers, the TV series Lost and much more were all filmed on location there.

Kualoa Ranch All participants received a player packet containing a free Redwolf Airsoft Hat,
Airsplat aluminum water bottles and stickers and various free items from our
other sponsors such as Tokyo Marui Mag Lights and Chairs, Catalogs, posters and
stickers.
ARMS Magazine flew in again this year to cover the event and the ASH BASH report
can be seen in the November issue of ARMS Magazine. While they were in town,
ARMS visited with the Army and the Marines. The coverage of the military can be
seen in the next issue of Elite Forces which should be due out at the end of
October.
